Funny Yet Realistic DUI Arrest Video

I did get a laugh out of this, but the reality was there. A situation like this where a man evades police instead of being arrested for DUI happens quite commonly in Florida. The bad news for those that find themselves in this situation is that once they are caught they not only face a driving under the influence charge, but a resisting arrest charge as well.

Take it from a guy who knows the law. If you are ever arrested for DUI be polite and call a Florida DUI lawyer in your area promptly.
